Lazy people

I walked I'm at 8:30 pm closing time is 10PM and they tell me they are closed. There was two workers one was sitting at a booth on his phone while the other was making them selves food.

Note there were no other customers in the restaurant - After waiting more than 10 minutes for the customer ahead of me to get their order I had the following issues: Waited 12 minutes to receive a cheeseburger and a milk shake; did not get a receipt for my order, did not receive napkins or even a thank you. The cheeseburger was more of condiment burger and a total mess. I used to love burgers from Steak n' Shake but am choosing to no longer support your company especially now that I know the CEO is only a money grubbing greedy individual taking advantage of the employees to the point their attitude conveys they don't give heck any more, just give me my pay check for showing up and punching a clock.

I was at your university store at 10:50am waited till 11:05 and went to the drive through window and was greeted by the manager, who informed me that they were not open yet. I said you open at 11am,she said that the store was not ready to open. I replied when I drove in all the employees were standing at the front door, she said that they were not on the clock. During this time you had 3 more customers that drove off. Thank you

Money payroll card issues

I called my store manager and she hasn't giving me information on how to get a new card so i can get my paychecks i haven't had my paychecks in over 3 months and when i call her she says she to busy to get to it

The company have not returned my phone calls or emails. Be careful for stores still selling these gift cards and there are no restaurants in Southern California.

Steak n Shake general manager is full of it. An overcharge was made on my order and the next day mt bank charged me 18.00 for nsf. Got my money back from steak n shake but still out of 18.00 from the nsf. Thinking about not eating there again ever.

Bring back the restaurant with waitresses. This fast food where I have to ring up my own order, pick up my own food is ridicules. Steak and shake was the best for a nice sit down meal with great service. I wont be back until you bring back the service that I am accustomed to.

I purchased 3 meals and they were cold the fries were hard and the burgers were soggy after I called it in I was told I could come on and get my orders replaced and all I needed was my name and to tell them Olivia sent me once I returned they said they couldn't replace the orders without the receipt when I clearly asked Olivia and she told me to just give her name I asked for corporate number and a as given the wrong contact info so I called and spoke with Jennifer the manager and she told me she would replace 2 meals once I arrived they refused to replace my meals correctly and police had to come out and the police told me to contact you my issue was not resolved and I was called a black *** by the manager which is racial and very unprofessional as well as unexceptable now I will be contacting my lawyer and instead of a refund or food replacement you will have a lawsuit User's recommendation: Treat customers with respect and give them what they paid for.

I didn't eat the food it wasn't edible and I wasn't alone she called me black *** in front of my child.. and the police was called so I want them to try it cause I can prove my claims no reason to lie about anything

Technically since you have no proof that this is racism, they can sue you for libel. You ate the food you should.

The manager did not call you a thing. You are lying and she can sue you for this.

Sexually harassed at the location I was at

The manager Phillip was working with me Thursday evening and kept reaching over me instead of saying excuse me he keeps pressing his penis against my butt. However we do work in a tight space in drive thru but its unnecessary. He wont say excuse me Im very uncomfortable working with him then he hounds me everyday. Kept hitting my head or bumping into me Ive tried to tell him to stop bumping my hair . One day he was so closed to me I felt his penis brush up against my butt and he notice when he did it he going to say ooooo are u alright

Breakfast Sausage Tacos

I mess having breakfast out every morning at my favorite place due to not opening till lunch time. The Covid-19 has passed and I would like it if you started opening at 5:00 for breakfast instead of 6:00 a.m. I love the store in Hendersonville, TN. (outside of Nashville) and they make great breakfast sausage tacos. I am sure you will get your business back from McDonald's, Waffle House and Hardees.
