Where’s the meat on the sandwich??? Worst service ever with no waitresses. We ordered at the counter and picked up our order at the counter! Covid is over people!!!!!

Really bad and unprofessional service
Preferred solution: Termination of this unprofessional manager. As i find it really hard to believe she is the manager because what manager will call a customer an old *** twice to the customers face. No good.
User's recommendation: Don't go to Joliet Illinois Steak N Shake because the so called black girl with baby braids and blue hair color is extremely unprofessional as who is it that will call the customer an old *** because I told her my burger bun was cold and even asked her to feel it and then she jumped super rude. Really Bad Service
The service was absolutely terrible. I have never experienced anything this bad at a steak ‘n Shake.

To whom it may concern,
I had terrible experience at one of your steak &shake locations last night at
1459 Capital Cir NW, Tallahassee, FL 32303. After hard days work of helping patients i picked up my children and decided to get something to eat from your establishment.
I order our 5 meals and one extra sandwich with 5 drinks. First the short female manager gave me a spilled drink out of the window, looked at it fall over, then pretended she dint see it. She didn't offer to wipe it off or even change the drink out. Then I got home to notice I was only given four sandwiches.
I called to notify the store and was told to bring the receipt and they could address it. I drove back to the store, taking more time away from my children. Went inside your establishment and a tall nice older lady looked at my receipt, I told her what was missing and she began to assist me.
Then the same short black female manager came out with a attitude to ask if I made the call to the store. I told her I did, then she told me with an uncalled for attitude they put all the sandwiches in the bag.
I told her I had the reciept and pictures to show the food I was given, then in the mist of showing her the receipt, she began to get loud saying I kursed at her when I did not. I explained to her several times I did not, she wanted to over talk me, try to tell me what I could say, and told me I don't have first amendment right to speak.
Last I checked I am the customer not the overly entitled supervisor who was indeed wrong on what was put in the bag, and in her approach in deal with a customer.
I paid for my meals, I had to call the store to tell them it was wrong, and I had to drive over 30 min to your store backe and forth from home to correct the issue that the store made.
Please contact me about what can be done with this unnecessarily rude women. She would benefit from more customer service training, if she is going to manage anything.
