Today 11/20 we were at your store on Ireland Rd. South Bend, In.

Temp. outside 34. If a store does not have heat they need to tell incoming customers. Nothing worse then having to wear a coat while eating!

Waiter did great job. Hurried and ate so we could get out of there. Went to counter to pay and waiter had a little trouble. I think he was new at job.

Not an issue until he asked another gentleman to help him. At that time second gentleman started to speak very loudly to Dylan our

waiter. Telling him that he needed to be on the floor and not at the register. Very rude.

I told second gentleman that we wanted to pay our bill and that he could argue later. He immediately walked away and asked who we believe was manager to go to register. She was working the grill! Paid no attention to him.

Our waiter finally was able to figure out what he was doing wrong, and was very kind. We were not given a copy of credit card bill.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with quickness of service and getting out and stated that there is a room for improvement of no heat in and temperature in the dining room. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of steak n shake customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $12. Steak N Shake needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
