My husband went to Steak 'n Shake tonight. When he came home, we were eating and he found small metal pieces in his drink.

When I went back to the restaurant with the remainder of his shake and all of my shake, I had to wait 10 minutes for the manager, JaQuan. When he finally emerged, I explained to him that I needed a refund and showed him the metal pieces. The first thing he said? "Where's the food?" He went on to explain he could not give a refund without the food.

I told him I did not say anything about the food and the shakes were sitting right in front of me.

He did not apologize for the metal pieces - which I showed him since I took those with me - and he did not apologize for my inconvenience. He's a moron and I hope the company cleans and maintains their equipment better.
