This place should be put out of business by the federal government. They have a high employment turn out rate, they go through more employees than jimmy carter takes liver pills.the customers here aren't number one priority, more like number ninety five, the management would rather shoot the bull with the waitresses than to serve you, the sign as you walk in that states'' please wait to be seated'' don't apply to them, you have to stand there looking like an *** if they don't get to you right away, sometimes they look at you like they never saw a human being before,i went in there in the early morning hours on Monday, there were one manager, one asst.manager,a cook and a waitress,i sat in the booth for ten minutes and no one waited on me when they knew I was there, that goes to prove your money don't matter here and neither do loyal customers, so I left and never returned

SnS has the worst reputation amongst restaurantchains for customer service. I don't even bother with them anymore.
