The location at Lawndale Ave in Greensboro NC needs to retrain their waitresses.We sat for 5 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged and was never helped.
A party of 4 sat down 10 minutes after we had been seated (and never helped) They were waited on within minutes of being seated. What made it even worse, one of the waitresses tried to blame it (in front of us) on another waitress who was checking custimers out. We were told by the manager, if a waitress is busy, other waitresses should pitch in and help. That never happened.
Supposedly, the waitress checking customers out was our waitress. She was busy and the other two never acknowledged us at all. I will never visit that restaurant again. We contacted the local office and spoke with a Jane who was to contact that location.
We left without ordering and went to the Wendover location. The manager Kim made sure we were taken good care of. There is a HUGE difference in customer service at both locations. Maybe someone at the Wendover store should help them at the Lawndale location.
Again, I will never step foot back in Lawndale and will tell others not to as well.You shouldn't allow one restaurant to ruin your good name.

The most disappointing in user's experience was entire experience and whole experience. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
