Last time a checked "worser" was not a word in the ENGLISH language. If you want your complaint to be viewed as legitimate please learn to use actual words and correct punctuation.

Ever wonder why some words have little red lines beneath them?

What was the employee supposed to do change their hands?

Besides learning to speak and write better English, this person needs to learn how to spell, punctuate, etc. That is the longest sentence I have ever seen.

People that work in the food industry, have a tendency to get their uniforms dirty as they work. I would be willing to bet if the employees weren't wearing hair nets or caps, they were wearing visors. Actually I haven't seen anybody working in a restaurant that wore hair nets since the 60s. Unless the employees backs were visible to the customers there is no way of knowing that the female was groping the male or that they were even in a relationship.

There is no way to know for sure what went on in back of the two employees. As far as the manager flirting with employees go, a lot of people think that because a man and woman are talking and laughing that is flirting.

No Way! Also there isn't anything like a bussiness, and what exactly is worser.

Actually the restaurant I work in now requires all cooks to wear gloves and hairnets, and they do. And they are out of guest sight.

As a previous Steak n Shake manager, I can tell you that most managers do not enforce the hat/hairnet rule. They do not have any kind of visors to wear. So before you put down this guest who has a very valid complaint, learn the restaurant uniforms and requirements first. Steak N Shake has never had visors.

It is a health code violation not to have a hat or hairnet on in the kitchen. As far a groping, its all about customer perceptions. If that is what they saw, whether that is what happened in reality or not, then something was wrong. There was some type of inappropriate behavior going on for it to look that way.

So next time, before you put down a complaint. Learn the business.

If you have never managed a restaurant or eworked in one with good customer service, then dont give your input. They weren't asking your opinion.
